The Ah Tempo Standards
These policies are specific to group experiences. Policies vary for private music lessons.
To keep our focus on creativity and balance, we keep our business side simple and transparent. By registering for an experience, you’re agreeing to the following:
1. The Commitment (Payment)
Full Payment is due at the time of registration. To secure your spot in the studio and allow us to prep your materials, we require all sessions to be paid in full upfront.
2. The Schedule (No Make-ups)
Consistency is key. Because our experiences are often collaborative or involve specific on-site setups, missed sessions will not be made up or credited.
If you can’t make it, think of it like a concert ticket—the show goes on! For certain experiences, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend just check with us that it’s an option and let us know in advance.
3. The "Reset" (Cancellations)
Life happens. If you need to cancel your entire series registration, please do so at least [10 days] before the start date for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 10 days are non-refundable.
4. The Space (Studio Etiquette)
Arrive to Unwind: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. This ensures we can start our collective "reset" on time without interruptions.
Tech-Free Zone: To protect the vibe, we ask that phones be silenced and put away during the session.
5. The Gear (Instruments & Materials)
Respect the Tools: Whether it's a piano, a guitar, or a set of brushes, please treat our studio equipment with care. Students are responsible for any damage to instruments beyond normal wear and tear.
